What to Expect

❋ Documenting the Day!

Telling the story of the day, from the atmosphere, to the relationships of the people around you, and the emotions of celebration and love. Includes walking down the aisle, the ceremony, the people in attendance, etc..

❋ Family Portraits

Formal portraits of Hallie and Dan with friends and family after ceremony. There is an option to have this be captured on medium format analog film, really special! 

❋ Wedding Day Couples Shoot

15-30 minute session photographing you looking your best around the stunning National Cathedral.

Expect at least 200 fully edited high resolution photos for the day, in addition to the family & friends portraits.

Expected delivery is by end of June 2027.

Sent to you digitally via WeTransfer to download, and via my website to view.

If there are any film negatives, they will be sent to you by mail.

Delivery

August 2026 - Book dates.

~ March 2027 - Photography Briefing. This will happen closer to when you start planning your wedding schedule. We will go over schedule, and look over general shot list.

May 21-22, 2027 - Wedding!

End of June 2027 - Delivery of photos.

$3800 + $500 travel stipend.

Additional Services

  • I will be visiting DC early May. Perhaps it would be nice to take some engagement photos before your wedding. This is a one hour session. Price: $300.

  • The formal family portraits can be photographed on medium format analog film. This adds a physical dimension to the photos, and makes them super special.

    $250

  • My baby sister! She would be a great addition to getting those extra shots. She has experience with cameras, and is a charming gal who loves to have fun.

    Cost: $350

  • A physical book to keep your memories in. Edited and sequenced by the photographer to create a seamless piece of art.

    Price $200

  • Just like old times, a collection of printed photos you keep in your drawers to share with your kids.

    Cost: $100

%35 due as a non-refundable down payment to book dates.

%65 due within 14 days after wedding, before delivery.

Payment Terms

In case client cancels: Deposit is non-refundable.

In case I cancel: Deposit is refunded. I will assist in finding replacement. If a comparable replacement costs more than this package, I will cover the difference up to $300.
